I’m the shredding queen!

Remember last month when I posted my wants/needs? Well I did it. I bit the bullet and bought a paper shredder. And I am so happy I did! I bought it from Staples on sale for $30 (regularly $57). I got a small one, since I didn’t want it to take up a lot of room in our one bedroom apartment.

I have been going through all our paper work and shredding like a mad woman. So far I have 2 bags full of shredded paper. And it’s starting to look a lot more organized now. Being organized is important, especially when it comes to bills.

Look what I came across while shredding. I have no idea where it came from, but what a message!

These are all my old pay stubs from my old job. I worked there for 5 years and I think this is 2 years worth, or so. I am not looking forward to shredding those!

And thankfully I have this little guy to keep me company! I heart him.

Oh I want one too. We don't have a Staples here but I'm in serious need of it.

It's fun to shred. Our local Office Max offers free shredding but I'm just not comfortable with them having my shreds.

I love my shredder. I can't live with out it! I use it to destroy junk mail and credit card offers, too.

I'm impressed that your cute meow stuck around with the noise of the shredder-mine is a suck when it comes to loud noises. Good on ya for taking on this task-I bought a shredder over a year ago and it remains a virgin.

I agree!! He would, if H didn't leave his hoodie on our bed. He absolutely LOVES laying on our clothes. It's quite cute!

The feeling is fantastic as you shred things! Anything that is not moving gets shredded once you get started. Watch out children! Lol.

Do you think its better to get paper-less bills?Im all for saving the trees but lately i had an issue with a charge on my credit card and only for i had the paper bills to scan and email to them i would be out $750!So im glad in that way because i was arguing with a customer service person!Sigh! Charge it is so easy hence me having 20k in debt! Im am giving up on banks when i have my debt paid off, i will hide it! Old style!
