Preparing for another visit!



My mom arrives this afternoon and is staying with us until Tuesday!  This is the forth or fifth visit from my parents this year.  The first year they moved to Saskatchewan was hard – I only had the chance to see them once!  So I feel very blessed this year.

I’m not sure what the plans are; we’re a fairly spontaneous bunch and will just take it day by day.  I think my mom wants to go to Ikea while she’s here and she really wants to watch The Blind Side, which is currently in theatres.

H is getting off work at noon today and then we’re driving to the Vancouver airport.  Trying to find my 4’11’’ mother is going to be an adventure all on it’s own!   ;)

I also wanted to wish my American readers a Happy Thanksgiving, hope you are having a blessed day full of good food and family!
